Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your payment will be processed upon submission of your order. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

You may cancel your order at any time before pharmacist approval by contacting us directly. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a medication has been dispensed and dispatched, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
